Tim earned BAs in Psychology and Education at Eastern Washington University and a MEd in School Counseling from the University of Southern Mississippi. Tim has worked in the field of education for over 25 years as a teacher, principal, counselor and varsity baseball coach. In addition to his service as an educator, Tim worked for the Seattle Seahawks organization and the Snohomish County Juvenile Justice Center. Tim came to AMHS in 1998.

Jane earned a BA at University of Washington and a MEd at City University. In addition, Jane completed the National Career Certification program at UW and is a certified Occupational Information Specialist. For the past 14 years, Jane has worked in the field of secondary education as a guidance counselor and career specialist. Before coming to AMHS, Jane worked in the Mukilteo and Snohomish school districts where she assisted in the development of the career centers. Jane is also experienced in the computer industry, having worked for 20 years in positions at Boeing and IBM. Jane came to AMHS in 2004.

Pat earned a BA and MA in English at the University of Oregon and completed counselor education studies at Portland State University. She has worked as a teacher and counselor in Oregon and Washington for over 30 years. Prior to joining the AMHS counseling staff, Pat was a guidance counselor and Director of College Counseling at Bellarmine Preparatory School where she also served terms as National Chair of the Jesuit High School College Counselors Association and the Jesuit High School Guidance Counselors Association. Pat came to AMHS in 2007.
