All general board meetings are scheduled for the third Wednesday of each month.
Advancement – Advise President and make recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding the approval, coordination, planning, and conducting of activities to maximize fundraising in support of the school. This includes but is not limited to specific fundraisers, capital campaigns, grants and endowments. They plan and raise money to bridge the gap between operating costs and the revenue generated through tuition and fees. Additionally, this group encourages, creates and monitors market initiatives and ensures that a positive and widespread perspective of the school is established.
Finance – Advise President and make recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding the administration of funds of the school and endowment funds. This committee will also assist the President of the School in the development and recommendation of an annual operations budget that will conform to and efficiently advance the strategic plan and its financial components.
Operations – Advise President and make recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding the study, planning and monitoring of facility expansion and maintenance.
Governance – Shall consist of sitting trustees and will make recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding the review of bylaw and articles of incorporation congruencies with practices and procedures of the board, annually assess the performance of the board, nominate board members, and corporate officers, identify board training opportunities, and orient new members.
