Faith and Future:
The Campaign for AMHS
With the blessing of Archbishop J. Peter Sartain, Archbishop Murphy High School has launched its $6 million capital campaign, Faith and Future: The Campaign for AMHS. The campaign will fund the construction of a $3.3 million chapel and other major initiatives.
This 260-seat chapel will serve as the spiritual and physical center of the AMHS campus. It will allow us the opportunity for sacramental celebration, Eucharistic adoration, and fellowship for our thriving school community. It will also be the home to celebrations of our alumni and community members.
The cost for a new chapel is $3.3 million. Thanks to generous donors we are well on the way to reaching our goal. As good stewards of your donations 95 percent of your donation will go directly to the construction of the chapel.
A new chapel is our school’s primary capital priority and an essential step in our ongoing mission to develop Christlike leaders for the transformation of the world.
A new chapel is an important part of building our physical environment to match our educational programs and ministry.
A new chapel will accommodate the current and future liturgical and ministerial needs of our growing community.
