Cats’ Crew Parent Volunteer Requests

Cats’ Crew at AMHS is a program that coordinates parent volunteer hours and the donation of items needed by the school.  Cathy Meehan (in Student Services) coordinates all requests for volunteers and donations and sends e-mail communications weekly to solicit the needs from school families. Hours served through Cats’ Crew count toward the 20 hours required of families each year. If items are purchased as a donation, each $10 of expense equals one hour of service deducted from your volunteer hours.

Triple Crown Sports – Memorial Weekend Baseball Tournament at Roman Miller Field
Need:

  •  10 – Volunteers on May 26 from 7am – 8:00pm
  •  10 – Volunteers on May 27 from 7am – 8:00pm
  • 10 – Volunteers on May 28 from 7am – 5:00pm

***Triple Crown Sports has rented Roman Miller Field for the Memorial Day Baseball tournament. Booster Club needs volunteers to BBQ and run concessions. All proceeds benefit AMHS Athletic teams.

Help needed for serving lunch
Need:
  •  2 –Volunteers to help serve lunch on May 14, 21, 28, 30
  •  2- Volunteers to help serve lunch on June 4, 11

Guatemala Trip Fundraiser
Need:
  •  2 – Bottles of strawberry flavor syrup
  •  2 – Bottles of blackberry flavor syrup
  • 5 – Gallons of half and half
  • 10 – Bags of ice 
  • 10 – Cans of whipped cream
  • 5 – Cans of dry frappuccino mix (Costco)
  • 1 – Mini fridge (to borrow or donate) 
  • 1 – Espresso machine (to borrow or donate)
  • 200 – Plastic cups for cold drinks
