AMHS Experiential Learning Center

The Fund a Need for 2021 focused on our goal of launching new opportunities for experiential learning at AMHS, including dedicated innovation and design workspaces on campus for project-based learning. The new Experiential Learning Center (ELC) was made possible in part by our 2021 Fund a Need. The idea is for it to be a multimedia center for students, which includes both library collections as well as other resources. This is a space to host guest speakers and special activities, provide space for collaborative projects, and allow for opportunities to create audio/visual presentations. Through these hands-on opportunities to imagine and create, students will gain broader exposure to future academic and career paths, while developing critical thinking and problem solving skills.

We encourage AMHS family members, AMHS alumni, business partners, and community members to get involved with the ELC. Here are some opportunities to do so:

Monday – Thursday 2:35 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.

Located on the second floor of Grace Hall, Room 507
