FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What sports can I play?

Sports available at AMHS are listed above. Varsity and JV squads are available for most sports. We also have ā€œCā€ (freshman) teams in some sports. (Note: The WIAA does not allow a student to participate in two sports during the same season.)

Q: What paperwork do I need to fill out?

All necessary athletic forms are located under the sign up tab and must be completed prior to participation. Physicals are valid for 24 months from the date of the exam and are kept on file in the athletic office until they expire. Please do not wait until the last minute to complete your registration. Missing forms will prohibit student athletes from participating.

Q: Why does football play in a different league?

WESCO partnered with the Northwest conference to form two football specific divisions for all WESCO and Northwest Conference 2A member schools. This was done with the intent to establish competitive balance.
